Unless you are on a waiting list, orders can not be canceled after being placed as the order goes into production within 24 hours of ordering and we are not able to look at emails before many orders are started.

If you have been placed on a wait list, you may be able to cancel if we haven’t yet ordered supplies. Check with us as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding and support.
