We determine the trade-in value as 20% percent of the bag’s original price—a fair reflection of its enduring quality and craftsmanship. Upon approval, you’ll receive a discount on a new luxury bag equal to the buyback value, making your transition to a new piece both effortless and rewarding.

With our transparent grading system—ranging from “Like New” to “Gently Used” to “Fair Condition”—you’ll always know the true story of your bag’s journey. Once revitalized, each pre-loved bag is presented in our brand-new packaging, reinforcing the premium experience you deserve.

For your convenience, member customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that all pre-loved items are sold “as is.” We stand by the quality of our refurbishment process, which is why returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.
