Step by Step

Explore our collection and discover a bag design that captures your heart. Initially, focus solely on finding a style that resonates with you. There’s no need to get caught up in customization details right now – just let it sit with you. After a while, your mind will suggest refinements to you. 

You might prefer a different leather type or color. This might then mean deciding on the thread used (whether the same or a contrasting color). Perhaps a different edge paint color? A longer strap? A different lining material? Monograms, hardware, fewer or more embellishments? Logo placement or none? Just let us know. We can work it out.

We will then follow up with any questions and provide a cost quote plus an idea of the production time. You can review this and request any adjustments to make sure you’re 100% happy before the commission starts. Customizing existing leather bags in our collection will incur some extra charges to cover the time and any extra materials. The cost will depend on the extent of the changes.

Once you’re happy with the quote and design proposal, we will send you an invoice. Once we receive payment, we can begin customizing your ideal bag. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and you’ll receive notification and a tracking reference once it has been dispatched. Please note custom designs are non-refundable due to the nature of the product and the time involved with design and production.  Please refer to the refund terms and conditions for more information.
